THE ADVENTURES OF PAJAMA GIRL by Sandra Hagee Parker Review

A girl’s dream leads her in an adventure and what she learns about jealously and the importance of not taking what doesn’t belong to you.
A cute, illustrated story about a girl’s imagination which leads her into a dream related to the theme of her pajamas. In this adventure, Ellie and her Sis take a journey to a land filled with all kinds of sweet treats including cupcakes. Their journey quickly turns into an adventure to help the Queen of the land find the missing sprinkles needed for the coronation ceremony. Ellie and Sis uncover more than just the missing sprinkles...a life lesson that is important for every child to learn.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sandra Hagee Parker lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband Ryan and their daughters, the original pajama girls, Olivia and Elliana. A practicing attorney, Sandra is also a part of the music ministry at Cornerstone Church where she and her husband are leaders. When not working and writing, Sandra enjoys traveling with her family and mastering the art of making pancakes a la Pajama Girl with her two girls.

My Review:
This was a very nice story about sister that travel to the Queen's coronation day. All the spinkles are stolen and it is up to Pajama Girl and Princess Sis to save the parade. I loved the graphics and I was reminded of Candy Land. What girl does not want to be princess for a day? I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review via Worthy publishing, however all opinions are my own,.

The Road We Must Travel Review

A Personal Guide for Your Journey
The Road We Must Travel guides you through unmapped territory
The Road We Must Travel is full of advice from highly respected, best-selling spiritual mentors, including Francis Chan, Eugene Peterson (The Message), Bill Hybels, and others, who provide guidance as you navigate uncharted roads ahead. The authors deliver insights that assure spiritual health and well-being, despite the obstacles we face on our journey.

My Review:
This is a great book to read during the rainy days of March. Especially if you have just given up your new year resolutions to believe in yourself. As I read through this book I was reminded that I need to step away from the everyday drama of life. I need to reconnect with my faith and to look at myself before I do anything else. I liked that there were different authors, because I was able to read about different point of views. I also liked the section of notes at the end that told me where to find the annotations in the Bible. I am giving this book a 4/5. I was given a copy to review from First Look Blog Tours, and Worthy Publishing, however all opinions are my own.

My review;

This is a wonderful book that talks about how should put your faith in God. When you have questions you should ask God to help you, and  you need to decide that you are in charge of your own life and you can make your own decisions. You need to decide that you are going to bounce back. You must first understand that you are not alone.  I give this book a 4/5 . I was given this book for the purpose of a review and all opinions are my own.
