This is an interesting way to look at how to balance your life. I have heard that you should work so many hours and then plan how you sleep and eat around that to have a healthy lifestyle. I have also heard that you should get 8 hours of sleep a day and plan around that. This book however gives the reader 5 easy to understand ideas or "truths". They are easy to follow as well. I also liked the format of this book. Rather than being long and tedious, it had snippets of info that are great to read as daily pick me ups! Some I am going to copy and tape to the wall for encouragement! I am giving this book a 4/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
