    I fell in love with our yard and the potential of our home. It's a fixer upper but every time we finish a project I feel pride and joy!

    my sister (who i would win this for) fell in love with the price, haha!!! but also that they kept up well with the house and it is near our family so they can babysit.

    Flooring. I love hardwood floors so if it had hardwood that was nice, I was pretty much sold, lol. I can work on everything else.

    honestly i didnt really love anything about my house but I knew that it wasnt my forever home. So right now were just living here to build equity and waiting to build the house we really want

    The clubhouse pool! It was huge and had a great water slide. We also liked that our home was at the end of the subdivision(last street) and on a cul-de-sac.
