Under attack from all angles, Sabrina’s mission is simple: retrieve the child and stop Deacon’s rise to power. But in their world, nothing is ever that easy.

Deacon has reined in every available source of power to ensure his success in the war against the panthers; all except one. Amelia, born to Peter and Beth, is said to hold the power of a long forgotten bloodline, and Deacon will stop at nothing to get her.

Sabrina has been steadily turning friends into enemies with her opinionated views and is tired of living life on the sidelines. Deciding it’s time to leave behind this chapter of her life, she uncovers a devastating betrayal that sends her straight into the lion’s den. Soon, the knife twists even deeper revealing that Deacon is not the only master of deceit. A puppeteer has been pulling their strings from the beginning, creating a destiny that was never intended and replacing it with another, leaving their souls forever incomplete.

Fully aware that their lives have been tampered with, accusations fly and loyalties divide making them vulnerable against the enemy. Things spiral out of control and one unavoidable situation leaves blame and guilt weighing heavily on Sabrina’s mind. Despite being shunned by the people she called family, she is determined to help them win against Deacon.

In a moment of stupidity that could have ended her life, the future is revealed in two paths for her. Will she choose the right path and go the distance, or will she perish under her uncertainty, leaving Deacon as the successor?

Interview:

1.  When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

I loved to write when I was a child, so I guess you could say it started then, but only came to fruition when I plucked up the courage a few years ago.

2.  How long does it take you to write a book?

It takes me roughly between six months to a year to complete a manuscript.

3.  What is your work schedule like when you're writing?

When I’m writing, I really prefer to be alone. I get easily distracted, especially if my two year old is about to take a flying leap off the edge of the sofa. I don’t really have a schedule, just whenever I can get five minutes peace to get some words down.

4.  What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?

I don’t have an interesting quirk, though coffee is a must.

5.  How do books get published?

My books are published by Tyffani Clark at the SideStreet cookie publishing and Moon Rose
publishing.

6.  Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

If I need any information on a particular scene I hit google. As for ideas, they come from out of nowhere. Something random will pop into my head and usually cause me to twist the plot into a totally different direction.

7.  When did you write your first book and how old were you?

I started my first book in 2011 so that would have made me thirty-two.

8.  What do you like to do when you're not writing?

When I’m not writing, I’m usually on my blogs or social networks and of course, reading is top priority.

9.  What does your family think of your writing?

My family have been very supportive of my writing. My mother helped me upload and proof the original version of the first two books before they were re-published. They have had a lot of patience, especially when I hit a block and need complete isolation to break through it.

10. What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books?

That I could actually do it. I never would have dreamed of it years ago.

11. How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?

I’ve written five. I think my favorite is the Second book in the series, Conceived From Evil. The last one is definitely a close contender.

12. Do you have any suggestions to help me become a better writer? If so, what are they?

The only suggestion I have to any fellow writer is to be confident in your own ability. Everyone is unique, with their own style and ideas. What works for one person, doesn’t necessarily work for another.

13. Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?

I don’t hear from my readers as much as I’d like. I’m always keen to know what they think of the series, but when I do, it’s usually to drill me for information on the next release date.

14. Do you like to create books for adults?

I would have to say yes, I prefer writing for adults. I don’t think I could create a children’s book, though I do read enough of them to my youngest. Perhaps that’s what puts me off.

15. What do you think makes a good story?

A good story for me, has to have constant action. I hate reading pages and pages of description. A few key notes on a character’s appearance and the scenery is suitable enough. Suspense and twists in the plot is also a must for me. Cliffhangers are good, even though we hate them.

16. As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?

As a child i wanted to be three things when I grew up. I wanted to swim with dolphins but that would have never worked out since I have a fear of the sea. I also wanted to be an artist. I did attend college, but I let other things get in the way and that dream never became a reality, however I do still sketch from time to time. Lastly, I wanted to be a writer and though later in life, it did become a reality.

17. What would you like my readers to know?

The Twisted Bloodlines series has a dark storyline. It also has quite a bit of violence that is crucial to the plot. The books are laid out in a particular way, so that you get to know the character’s in depth, and learn their story as they interact with the other character’s. There are lots of twists, and plenty of action not forgetting hot shifter men if you like that sort of thing.
