A cryptic murder. A complete lack of suspects. Can our psychic sleuth find a lead or is she spinning her wheels?
Mitzy Moon is brimming with excitement. Planning an anniversary surprise, she's working overtime to hide the details of a luxurious European vacation from her husband. But before she can book a single ticket, a shockingly suspicious murder lands in her lap.
With only a flimsy lead, Mitzy heads undercover into the local roller derby league. And though she rallies her entitled feline and meddling Ghost-ma to help hunt down clues, she fears if she can’t break out of the pack, this bout will turn deadly.
Can Mitzy find the killer, or will this be her final lap around the track?
Wheels and Dirty Deals is the sixth book in the hilarious paranormal cozy mystery series, Harper and Moon Investigations, a spinoff from the popular Mitzy Moon Mysteries. If you like snarky heroines, supernatural intrigue, and a dash of romance, then you’ll love Trixie Silvertale’s twisty mystery.

About Trixie Silvertale
Where are you from? Oh boy! I’m from everywhere J I moved 17 times before I graduated from high school.
Currently, I’m living in Arizona and enjoying the colors and seasons that make
the high desert so enchanting.
Tell us your latest news? I’m working on the next case in the Harper and Moon Investigations Series and I’ll also be releasing another Christmas Catastrophe Mysteries book later this year.
When and why did you begin writing? I am a fairly introverted person and I’ve always found it easier to express myself through writing. I’ve been scribbling stories, poems, and tidbits in notebooks since elementary school.
When did you first consider yourself a writer? That’s a tough one… I can’t think of a time I didn’t consider myself a writer. The page has always been my special place. Although, I don’t think I considered myself an “author” until I published my first book.
What inspired you to write your first book? My introvert personality led me to be a lifelong observer. People watching is a wonderful place to find stories . . . In the end, I felt compelled to share the stories in my head with readers in the real world.
Do you have a specific writing style? All my books are written via dictation — while I rollerskate. I rollerskate dictate! The body movement helps to turn off the internal critic and allows my imagination to bloom. :)
How did you come up with the title? Coming up with titles is my favorite thing! I never start writing until I have the title locked down. For me, the title is the kernel that sets up the whole experience. My process is wild brainstorming – LOL! I let my mind go, and I write down whatever comes through. Once I have a few possible “winners,” I share them with a couple people and get feedback.
Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp? When readers visit Pin Cherry Harbor I hope they find a wonderfully entertaining escape. Any message they take away is unique to their experience. I don’t plan any sort of lesson or message. I enjoy letting the character’s actions take on a life of their own.
