The Raven by Mike Nappa Book Review

The Raven

by Mike Nappa

"A thrill ride."--Tosca Lee, New York Times bestselling author

As part of his street performance, a deception specialist who goes by the name The Raven picks his audience's pockets while they watch. It's harmless fun--until he decides to keep the wallet of a prominent politician, hoping for a few extra bucks. When he finds compromising photos of the councilman and his "personal assistants," The Raven hatches a plan to blackmail the man. However, he quickly finds himself in over his head with the Ukrainian Mafia and mired in a life-threatening plot code-named "Nevermore."

Private investigators Trudi Coffey and Samuel Hill must scramble to sort out the clues to rescue The Raven from a wild card bent on revenge.

"The Raven is a delightful romp. Mike Nappa holds to a breathless pace in his new story, one that is sure to thrill his growing and well-deserved readership."--Thomas Locke, bestselling and award-winning novelist, author of Emissary and Trial Run

My review;
"The Raven" by author Mike Nappa is full of suspense and thrills. An actor who performs by using the name The Raven, loves to steal whatever he can from people in his audience while they are watching his show. It is all going well when he gets more than he bargains for, when he decides to steal money from a well known person. He cannot leave well enough alone and then he tries to get more money from him. What is he going to do when he is in big trouble with the Ukrainian  Mafia? Will Trudi Coffey and Samuel Hill who are private investigators be able to keep him safe?  I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book for a review and these are my opinions.
