GENRE:  Romance

As a girl, Adaline was left orphaned due to gang violence and to be raised by her grandmother and her parents’ old friend Frank, now following in her parent's footsteps she finds herself at a crossroad in her life of what she wants and what she feels she has a responsibility to do. As soon as Adaline makes the commitment to the mafia however her life becomes riddled with lies, betrayal, lust, and murder. When the one person Adaline always thought she could believe in becomes the one person she can't trust a question begins to pull at Adaline's mind one day will she live through it or will she find herself in an early grave just as her parents did? Adaline is unsure of the answer but will do anything for the possibility of becoming a famous news journalist.

Excerpt One:

"Hey, my name is Dayton, I came over here to share a drink with you." The man holds out his hand for her to shake.

"I don't share drink with strangers." Adaline says meanwhile turns her face to the other side without thinking about how rude and off-putting it is. Regretting it she looks at him and shakes his hand expecting him to walk away. Cat and Heidi snicker in the background at her awkwardness.

"Ok, so do you mind give me the honor of this dance?" The man raises an eyebrow at her questioning look about whether or not she dances. “Or do you just not dance either?”

“No no, I dance…” Adaline says awkwardly. The snickers from behind her get louder so she shoots them a glare. Demanding silently that they shut up.

"No no, I dance." Adaline says awkwardly. The snickers from behind her get louder, so she shoots them a glare, demanding silently that they shut up.

“So would you?” Dayton asks her once more.

“Would I what?”

"So would you?" Dayton asks her once more. His eyes were full of happiness

“Would I what?” Adaline asks Dayton on an acute accent.

Cat and Heidi burst out laughing in response to this before coming to Adaline's rescue explaining to the man that she is a little bit awkward in meeting to people.

"She would love to have a special dance." Cat declares before gently pushing Adaline in Dayton’s direction.

"So is your name pretty like you?" the man says once they get to the dance floor and begin dancing.

“It's Adaline.”

"Adaline, Wow that is a beautiful name as I guess." The man begins to spin her around on the dance floor. They dance for nearly two hours before taking a break to sit in a booth and talk.

Where are you from?
Williamsburg VA, I just move here last April and I just love it! It is a magical place to live.

Tell us your latest news?
My best friend just had her first baby making me a aunt. <3 span="">

When and why did you begin writing?
I always wanted to be an author since I could remember. When I was younger I used to write short stories all the time. I remember being in 4th grade, I wrote a wonderful story that my teacher loved and hung it over her desk.

When did you first consider yourself a writer?
I have always been a hopeless romantic since I could walk, and also I always wanted to be an author since I could remember. I always have a story line in mind that I day dream about.

What inspired you to write your first book?
My first Novel stared off as a simple Fanfic. I decided to try my hand at writing a Fanfiction to the 1995 movie Casino, a short story on my interpretation of the Nicky and Ginger’s affair.  Then I thought to take it forward a generation and let their children (Ginger’s daughter and Nicky’s son) sift through the intrigue that colored their parents’ lives. I called it, Journey to the Past: A Casino Fanfiction. I was spending all of my time researching and writing this Fanfiction. All of my family and friends just loved the story.  By then I had three chapters on Fanfiction and a fourth chapter ready to go.  My family felt it should continue in book form.  Journey to the past, no longer described the content of the manuscript, and then I found it!  Omerta affair!  It was the perfect fit for the storyline. Omerta which is the mafia code of silence. A few months went by, I began to wonder what if I took out the color language and made the story’s main love scene more romancer. With that idea, why not re-name it something that makes woman really want to pick up when they saw it. I re-title it TIMESLESS ENDINGS. What a fabulous experience this has been!  It is a marvelous journey that continues.

What would you like my readers to know?
That is a hard one… Let’s see, believe it or not I become very interested in some person’s life or place or a subject to explore and that’s what give my idea for each for my books.
