Now he only needs to can keep her alive long enough to find out who wants to kill her? And why the hell did the Tribunal want her so badly?

She was a demi-goddess. A cursed demi-goddess, who had accidently bound her soul to the Reaper over Violence in order to save her butt from a Freak trying to kill her in a graveyard.

About the Author:

Christie was born and raised in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Ut. She lives less than a mile from the home she grew up in. World traveler she is not. But what she lacked in travel she more than made up for in her imagination. Within her vivid imagination she has traveled the world over as well as different worlds and different times.

She works a full time day job to pay the bills but looses herself in books and her writing whenever possible.

She is a loving mother of two wonderful children that she admits she is obsessed with. She has been married for 18 years to a very tolerant man that is grounded in reality in order for her to fly to the heights of her own imagination.

She started writing when she was a teenager after reading a book that she didn't like the ending too. Took a hiatus to raise her wonderful children but has dedicated herself to becoming a published writer for the last several years

Interview
Where are you from? I was born and raised in a suburb of Salt Lake City, UT. where I still live today. I love to travel, but I love being able to come back home to Salt Lake City and my Mountains.
Tell us your latest news? Wow, my latest news, well I just published Reaper Mine, it came out in Aug. and it is doing really well. I am just finishing up book 4 the title to that is Reaper Down. And it will be coming out in the spring of 2016.
When and why did you begin writing? I started writing when I was a teenager because I read a book that I didn’t like the ending too. I loved the books and they are still a set of my favorite books to this day but they had a tragic ending so I wrote a different ending to them. I’ve been writing ever since.
When did you first consider yourself a writer? I’ve always considered myself a poet, but a real live writer/author? I didn’t consider myself a real writer/author until 2011 when I finished my first full length novel.
What inspired you to write your first book? Again it was a book I read by a great author and I thought this is what I have been dying to write. So I sat down and wrote a book.
Do you have a specific writing style? I’m a play it by the seat of my pants type of writer. I’ve plotted out my books and done all sorts of things to make my writing process easier. But in the end, when I write I just let the characters do what they want and I just write. I think the one thing I do do that isn’t a play it by ear kind of thing is a try to write every day. But if I’m not feeling it, and I don’t get any words on the page for a day I don’t kick myself for it. Some day’s I write 5k and some days I don’t get any words on the page.
How did you come up with the title? Aghh some people stress over synopsis, or blurbs and I am thinking about those and jotting notes down as I write the book and during the editing process for my blurb and synopsis so I don’t have a problem with that. But the title… that I always struggle with. I go to my kids for ideas, my husband and friends and of course my fans.  So believe it or not titles are hard for me.
Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp? Little things here and there. There is a redemption piece in Reaper Mine that is important.
How much of the book is realistic? That’s a tough question, it’s all fiction but set in modern day so that’s about all I can say about that.
Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life? Nope.
What books have most influenced your life most?
The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley
The Darkangle Trilogy by: Meredith Ann Pierce
What book are you reading now? Queen of Shadow by: Sarah J Maas
Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest? Nothing of interest right now.
What are your current projects? I am working on finishing book 4, and have started book 5. Both will be available next year.

What would you like my readers to know? I nope they enjoyed this fantastic interview I really enjoyed answering all the questions. Reaper Mine was really fun to write it is full of complex characters and an interesting plot line. I hope they run out and buy it. Have a fantastic day!
