The Mystery of Nida Valley and Captured by EJ Ouston Book Reviews & Giveaway

SERIES INFORMATION:
The story is educational as well as entertaining. It introduces the readers to megafauna and dinosaurs, but in the guise of an entertaining, fictional, fantasy story. Extensive research was conducted to ensure all information on the animals is correct.
The feedback from teachers, readers, and librarians who have read the books has been very positive. The librarian of a private boy’s school commented after reading the book, ‘The boys are going to love this story and the best thing is they will be learning something new and not know it. I love it!’
An interactive website for children is set up where children can learn about the animals, post a review, write a short story, or tell a joke. Several reviews of Book One by leading Australian children’s authors and readers are posted on the site, along with teachers’ notes. http://themysteryofnidavalley.com

My reviews;

Book 1 The Mystery of Nida Valley;
Meg Sealy and her cousin Jaiden are in the midst of saving Amanda when they find themselves in a valley that has a secret. The three start on a journey that is dangerous as well as exciting. They find out that all along they had magic. This is a great story for children that I know they will enjoy. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book for the purpose of a review and all opinions are my own.

Book 2 Captured;
This is the continuation of Meg, Amanda, and Jaiden's story. They learn a lot more about themselves and the fight goes on. The traitors are after Meg again and they must save her. It will not be easy but, they have to try. Captured is this part of their story. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book for the purpose of a review and all opinions are my own.
