My Review;
When Alec Valcourt wants to change his life he moves to Devonshire with the rest of his remaining family members. The problem is that that when he arrives he finds no dancing is allowed in this village. What can a dancing master do if he cannot dance? The head of the village has a daughter whom he initially almost gets into trouble for playing with her heart. Julia finds herself liking Alec, which she has to keep from her mother. She entertains all kinds of reasons why Alec would come to her small village. Alec is afraid to reveal any of his past to Julia. I loved the book and the characters. The element of mystery was also fun to read. Will they be strong enough to break through and help Julia's mother forget the past? I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book by Litfuse Publicity Group and all opinions are my own.
