Companies need to engage more than their customers in evolving their brands. The workforce is the missing link to, not just -successful branding – but success period.

My Review:
I think that this is a great resource for any one that deals with small groups. PTA, Girl Scouts, Politics. etc. There are great examples of how o talk to one another. I really liked that there was a way to talk with respect. Once your employees know that they are respected and that they are a part of the team then they are more likely to be as brandful as you are. I am giving this book a 4/5. I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
