ReplyDeleteI have lots of fall decorations to set out. New candle holders, new scarves for the furniture, and lots of fall themed decorations.
ReplyDeleteWe have an outdoor fire pit party and everyone brings a specialty pot of soup or stew. And we have lots of homemade breads and salads to go with it. Nothing beats the cold except a hot bowl of soup and warm bread. I like to make my Seafood Corn Chowder and my special Potato Soup.

I get the sweatshirts and hoodies out and I like to make my kids and husband a big pot of chili.

To bring in fall, I "gently encourage" my kids to start raking up all the prettily colored leaves in our yard. And then we jump in the piles. :)
