    Very very rarely; I've had some great spa pedicures in the past, but have not been to a spa in quite some time (which I could afford some pampering!)

    I do not go to the spa-too expensive. Actually the only time I have ever even had a mani/pedi was for my wedding with my bridesmaid in 2005 :) I would love the pampering though, just cannot afford it.

    I have had a facial once, and get my nails done maybe 2 times a year...I've had a few massages...but never to a spa, boohoo!
