Catherine Campbell's experience as a nurse and as the mother of two girls who both inherited a rare genetic condition that required constant care until their deaths at ages 10 and 13 has given her a unique insight into suffering. My Review:

I loved this book.I loved that the scriptures were short and I could read one a day. I loved the pictures and the stories that accompanied each verse. I enjoyed being able to read a short 5 minute page, and then being able to read the rest of the verse later! My favorite was the delivery room verse."The lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want" is the perfect verse for this book. Rainy days or sad days, this book definite lifted my spirits. I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review from Kregel, however all opinions are my own!
