My Review:
This was such an insightful book. I have to admit that a few times I felt like calling my mom and thanking her for al she does for me and my siblings! This was a great read so close to Mother's Day. his book definitely made me respect my mom more. I would love for my niece to read this book years from now when she has her own family, and to think about Her Godmother (me), her mom, and her nana. I am going to be passing down this book to her.
The recipes at the end were fun to read, and I am going to try a few. I am also going to be adding my great grandmother's pasta sauce recipe. Coming from an Italian family I could relate to the kitchen being the heart of the home. I really liked this book. I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review by JKS Communications. However all opinions are my own!
Happy Mother's Day!
