the king. The countess prays for deliverance of herself and her daughter.
Lucinda was brought back in time from Alabama to help the countess, since she is
the spitting image of Princess Grace.

them that they must travel far to find a magical box. After freeing the king’s
hold over Hildegarde and her daughter grace. Lucinda travels back to the plane,
but misses Chadwick. She is happy to see her brother Caleb and his friend. Chad

They live happily ever after, or do they?

Lucinda Norman is a shy, sixteen years old from Alabama.  She has one brother Caleb who is in the
military in Italy. She is a very pretty young girl, with flowing brown hair and
brown eyes. She usually caught the eye of boys her age.

Chadwick de le Ga’lant is sixteen years old and the perfect picture of a Renaissance period squire. His appearance gives the impression of courage and chivalry. He has served in the castle from an early age. Sir Lassiter de le Naphtali is his trainer and has been like a real father to him.

Chad Collins is in the military with Lucinda’s brother in Italy.  He is from Alabama too but has ancestors dating back to France. He has dark skin and is the spitting image of Chadwick.

Caleb Norman is Lucinda’s brother. He is stationed in Italy in the military.  He is very protective of his little sister and doesn’t want to accept her dating his friend.

Robert Norman is Lucinda’s father and is outspoken, but somewhat lenient when it comes to his daughter.  Whatever Lucinda wants he pretty much gives her.

Maria Norman is Lucinda’s mother.  She is the opposite of Robert.  She is more shy like Lucinda.  She is caring and compassionate but goes along with whatever her husband says.

My Review:
This was a sweet romance that is perfect for young adults. I really liked it myself. It is the perfect length and had perfect characters. I really enjoyed reading about Lucinda becoming a princess. The author did a great job with the time travel aspect of the story and the book had a really good flow. The ending also had a nice surprise that I did not see coming at all. I hope that there is another book on its way to continue Lucinda's story. I also really liked that Lucinda got to be a princess. What girl does not want to be a princess?
Chad. What a good guy. He took Lucinda under his wing and taught her what he needed to know to be the perfect princess. Without him I don't think Lucinda would have made it in the past.
A lot of authors write about time travel, but very few flow as easy as this book did for me. I am giving this book a 5/5 ! I got a copy to review, however all opinions are my own!
