Good Earth Giveaway! Winner will be choosen on 9/15/10!

This is me cooking the chicken. In my opinion, it was the same amount of work as cooking tacos. The pasta is cooking while I cook the Chicken.


All in all I thought that this was an easy, fast and yummy dish. I recently started eating chicken again, and I thought that this was so full of flavor that I could eat it twice a week! You add your own chicken, and end up with a really nicely spiced dinner.
