My Review:
This is a great dystopian YA book. It has a world at war, a bit of history via Cold War, romance and an academy that trains spies. There was a lot to this book. The characters were very different and they each had their own set of issues. Between embezzlement, credit card fraud and politics, these characters bring it all to the table. Would you choose prison or a spy school? Can they be trusted to serve their country, and end the cold war? This books made me wonder what would have happened if we were still in a cold war. How different our lives would be. This is a duology so I was not happen with the cliffhanger ending and that cost the book a star in it's rating. I also took away a star because there is a lot going on and at times it is hard to follow. However this is a great fun read that kept my interest. I am giving this book a 3/5. I was given a copy, nevertheless all opinions are my own.
