Fast Metabolism Diet "Make and Take" MommyParties!!

Omg! This was awesome!! I don't even know where to start. First of all The Haylie Pomroy's The Fast Metabolism Diet book was just in time for me. I was starting to give up on my new year's resolution to diet. I am on a 1200 calorie diet and was so excited to read about cooking differently. The book was also great to read and I really learned a lot.
This is the stuff I got to go with the books:
We decided to try the cashew butter on crackers as a little brunch. The cashew butter is organic and tastes just like a real cashew. It was a little bit thicker than peanut butter, but it was so yummy. I am a big fan of Celestial Seasoning teas, and was so happy when I got samples of Sleepy time. I also got coupons to share with my guests! They were so excited!

Two moms didn't want to have their picture taken, so they made these guys pose instead when they came to pick them up!
These are the Phase 1 watermelon smoothies I made for the party. They were so refreshing!

I was given coupons for Applegate meats for the party, So I made hot open turkey in the crock pot that they gave us. Everyone helped themselves! This is the boss of all crock pots. I have used it a few times already and love it .
