My Review:
This is a really cute read that had me smiling. It is fun colorful and informative. I did not know any of the pilates moves before I read this book, and now I do! The poses are easy and described in a fun way. Anyone can do them. Even animals! I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy, all opinions are my own.
