My Review:
I must admit that I thought myself well versed on social media. However I learned a lot of new things in this book. The information on being Transparent and having a schedule were especially of importance. The amount I spend on Facebook a day, is definitely longer than 6 minutes. I also really thought that it was great that there was information on how to track your success. There is a lot of information in this book and I was glad that there were sections at the end of each chapter with bullet notes. I am giving this book a 4/5. I was given a copy all opinions are my own.

  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh on average 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(By the way, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING to related to "how" they are eating.)

BTW, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...
