Where to Purchase
My review;Carlyn Kearney only wants to be left alone. Her husband has left to fight for the Union army and all she has been told is that he is missing. She has lived for 2 years without any money and now she is being forced from the home her husband bought for them. Her only friend is her dog and the sheriff of her little town. She realizes that she has to move on and try to make it on her own but she is terrified. Will anyone help a young widow? Is there anyone out there that she can ever start over with? I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book by Revell Publishing Company and all opinions a re my own.
