My review:

This is a group of wonderful recipes that are healthy and  use fresh ingredients in them. They even share what items should be in your pantry to be able to use everyday. I also loved the way that they shared which kitchen appliances that  you will need to help you prepare meals such as, Dutch Ovens, and then compare them to items you really don't need but you really want. Some of the wants are salad spinner, microplane grater etc.

The recipes themselves made me hungry just to read about them. The recipes begin with   what you will need from the market, then move on to what will be needed from the pantry. The recipes are very easy to follow and understand. I cannot wait to try more and more of them. The problem will be which I will try first.  I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book for the purpose of a review and all opinions  are my own.
