My review:

I just finished reading Ultimate Health and I found it to be very interesting and educational. It talks about the connection between food, positive emotions as well as other factors. The book discusses many things that anyone who is learning about taking care of their own body should read about. The end of the book has a list of 25 items that you should concentrate on to help yourself. The book should be kept in easy reach for reference. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book for the purpose of a review from The Book Club Network Inc., and all opinions are my own.
