Reviews
"Claire is a strong female lead. It's refreshing that she does not buckle under the immense pressure she is facing, and the human quality of her struggle is relatable to readers. Though this story is a work of fiction, it feels as if it could be based on real life. This tale of family and faith brings to light what truly matters in life and the desperate struggle to hold onto it."

My Review:
This book reminded me that you can be the richest person in the world and be poor. Sometimes riches are measured by what you have accomplished and the people around you. It is a shame that there are people that are millionaires and have no idea how poor they are. I love how strong Claire was. My favorite part of this book was page 112. Claire wonders how her family got so broken. Her son says "Mom, this family's always been broken. Problem is, you're just now discovering the fact.". The epilogue was also a nice glimpse into the future. I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
