Living in Northern New Jersey originally from Long Island, Jill Prand is a wife and mother of two girls. She's been an avid reader all her life, spending Sunday afternoons curled up with a good book. 1)     If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor?

I have a few favorites that I would love to sit down with and talk about writing. Olivia Cunning, Nicole Edward and Michelle Valentine are all authors I one click as soon as they have a new book out. 

2) What book are you reading now?

I am reading Lost Love by Maria Desouza

3) Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest?

I just love Derinda Love.  Her new book with Madison Daniel, Ready for You Is one of my favorites so far this year.

4) What are your current projects?

I am writing the third book in the Walking Series as well as a new book on a divorcee.

5) Name one entity that you feel supported you outside of family members.

My street team.  They are all wonderful and I love them all! Also all the bloggers have been wonderful.

6) What would you like my readers to know?

That I would love for them to contact me.  I really enjoy knowing what people think about my work! Oh and the end of Walk Home to Me isn’t written yet….. Lisa hasn’t made up her mind J
