My Review:
I really liked that this book was like a journal and I could write notes and answer questions. It was easier to understand what the author was trying to say when I used personal experiences. There are 52 ways to build trust. They are short and easy to understand. After each one there are coaching moments (questions) that allow you to put the authors information in everyday situations. There are also "phrases" with the coaching moments that are uplifting and positive. my favorite one is "Be You!". After I read this book I wen back through and answered the questions again. They were different and that it when I knew that I learned a lot from this book. This is a great book to do daily in the morning to make you ready for the day. I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
