I was given the opportunity to review this great Prepaid Debit Card. The best part was that it helps spread Autism Awareness. I actually had comments on it when I paid. I have someone very close to me that is on the autism scale. I wish that there were more people out there that were educated on Autism. There are also so many great options to choose from on Card.com. I recommend checking out the site and seeing what design you like best, especially if you need a debit card or a gift for a loved one. Here are some great benefits of the card:
No overdraft, late or penalty fees
No minimum balanceAccess to ATMs worldwide
Free direct deposit
This is a debit card, like the one from your bank, and you can use it EVERYWHERE Visa is accepted -- except it's way cooler and cuter than your boring bank card.
Free to order, activate and load.
Free app and check deposits from your smartphone.
Free direct deposit.
Free card-to-card transfers, any time, anywhere, in seconds.
No overdraft fees -- never goes negative!
Safer than cash - 24/7 support, Visa fraud protection and 100% FDIC insurance on funds.
No debt, financially responsible, no interest/credit/APRs.
No credit check and approval in seconds. 22,000 in-network ATMs.
Thousands of cool, unique card designs to choose from, including brands like: Garfield, Popeye, Betty Paige, James Dean, Care Bears, Walking Dead, Star Trek, Autism Awareness, Breast Cancer Research, Shark Week, Where's Waldo, Doodle Jump, Three Stooges, Nancy Drew, etc.
Free for 30 days - then $5.95 monthly fee, which is waived when you direct deposit over $800 in the previous 30 days. This fee is the same as the Walmart prepaid card and much less than many of the competitors. It's also much less than overdrafting your bank account, paying for a checking account or using a credit card.
What I also liked was that you can follow Card.com on Twitter here, Facebook here , and Pinterest here (http://pinterest.com/carddotcom). I like this because I can see when new designs come out, and also any promotions that Card.com are having. I also thought that this would be a great benefit to planning your monthly bills. I have a $100 limit on me time. I can use it on shopping, dunkin donuts, stocking up on presents, basically anything I want. This would be a great help to keep track of what I have spent and how much money I got left. I was also thinking that my hubby and I are saving up for a refrigerator. How great would it be to put money aside each month and to put it in your Card.com account. Then when you have enough you can just take your card and go right to the store to buy it. The options are endless! I give this program, this card, and this company all a 5/5.
