Being a parent is one of the greatest blessings we are given in this life. But what happens when you have to tell your child good-bye? How do you continue on as a parent on earth when your child is apart from you in heaven? I Carried an Angel is the story of one mother finding her way as the parent of a baby who was born sleeping.
This is a really sad subject. Personal issues made me relate to this book. I know what she was saying and I know what she has felt. I am happy that this book is out there for other women to read. It was touching and at times made me cry. I also felt as though I had someone to talk to and I was not alone. Every woman should read this book. For themselves or for other women they care about. Maybe some will realize that they need to change the questions they ask strangers. I am giving this book a 5/5. Have tissues ready.
