100 Things You Should Always Say –Dream Catcher Edition By Terri M. Huggins

This was an uplifting read for me.
About the book:
The book focusses on giving spiritual advice to these groups of people:
The Student
Your mind is an empty vessel and you hate it. Little do you know, you’re
exactly where you need to be.
The Starving Artist
You may think all you have are your masterpieces that never see the light
of day. But you have much more than that. You have hope.
The Fitness Guru
Feel like quitting? Think again. You’ll be surprised how long you can go.
The Unemployed Entrepreneur
Ignore what they say. You’ve got a job. It’s called building your dreams
and making the world a better place.
The Sick and Unhealthy
Don’t despair and don’t give in. Your body can withstand more than you
think.

I am giving this book a 5/5, because I am disabled and the book left me with a good feeling. I am going to print out my section and keep it by my bed, so I can be in a good mood before bed. This is my favorite piece of advice:
12. Take a breath. It’s a bad day. Not a bad life.
It may seem like your whole world has turned upside down before you
could grab the ladder. It’s ok. You can handle it. If you clear your mind,
relax, and breathe you’ll soon find a way to climb out.
