My Review:
This book got me really excited at first. I was ready with pen in hand to take notes. This book was so much more than that. It gives you ways to change the way you think, act and respond to your everyday life. Changes start with yourself, on the outside and inside. The book shows you how to use energy and action to turn your desire into the response you want. My favorite part was when the author gave 10 proven ways to get happy when you are in a bad mood!
I am giving this book a 5/5 because it gave me insight to a happier me. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
