    I stay inside during the hottest times and do outside work early in the morning or later in the evening. Stay hydrated as well.

    During a heatwave, we try and hit the pool & enjoy lots of juice slushies! (and thank goodness for air conditioning!)

    Honestly, I stay inside as much as I can. If I have to go out, I tote around ice water and make sure both me and my son are staying hydrated.

    I use an evaporative cooler in the early mornings and A/C later in the day. Plus ceiling fans. So Cal we will have heat waves until November now.
