Getting it done by Iris Dorreboom and Rudi De Graaf Review!

This is the book for all of us who need to attain results and try to balance work, life, family and relations. Part One of the book is an adventure story. You are the leading character. You must find a way to win the trust of the people that you are working with in order to achieve the results that you are expected to provide. In Part Two, you will be presented with a hands-on, step-by-step approach that will enable you to attain results through relations. "Anything is possible if we cooperate, because without the relation, no result is attainable."

My Review:
I do not work, and I still learned from this book. The book is set up into 2 parts and it was really easy to understand and read. The first part explains what you are doing versus what you should be doing. Results driven versus relation driven for example. There are examples and instances where this happens. The second part discusses the same scenerios but explains how you can change and teach yourself to think differently.
As I read through this book I noticed that there were a lot of things about my way of approaching certain situations that I could change, and then I would get different outcomes. This is a perfect book to read for college graduate, or a teenager looking for a job. I really liked it and I am really going to try to follow my favorite example of The What versus The How.
I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
