My Review:
This is a great love story. Not only is it about love for one another, but also about God's love. The main theme of the book to me, was that If yo have faith, then anything is possible, because God provides and never gives us more then we can handle. This deals with the LDS religion. I was not to familiar with this religion before I read this book, however the author gave insight to the Latter Day Saints. I definitely learned something!
This is a sequel to All That Was Promised, and starts off with Leah and Richard traveling to America. This was a great story about persevering in the hardest of circumstances! I was also reminded about how so many people were persecuted for religious beliefs. I was also reminded that America was (and is) the land of the free for so many people. The ending wrapped up the book very nicely.
I am giving this book a 5/5. I was given a copy to review, however all opinions are my own.
