Forged in Grace by Jordan E. Rosenfeld book review!

At age 15, a horrific fire left Grace Jensen scarred and highly sensitive to the pain of anyone she touches. Thirteen years later, living with her hoarder mother and half-in-love with her former doctor, her long-absent best friend, Marly Kennet, returns to town and convinces Grace to make a leap-of-faith trip to Las Vegas. There, Grace discovers she doesn’t only feel others’ pain, she can heal it. This healing gift soon turns darker when the truth of Marly’s past and the fire that scarred Grace is revealed, pushing the boundaries of loyalty and exposing both women to danger.

My Review:
This book was fantastic. Poor Grace was burned badly in a fire, and she ha the scars to prove it. She becomes somewhat of a shut in. That is until Marly shows up again. Marly is Bi-Polar and she convinces Grace to move to Las Vegas with her. Once there Grace realizes that she can heal with her hands. There are a lot of people to heal in Las Vegas.
Grace soon learns what it is like to know someone with Bi-Polar Disorder. Marly is messed up. She gets attacked, and has a lot of mental issues.
There was so much to this friendship that I do not want to spoil it. I will say this, at the end of the book you will want to call all your best friends and apologize for every time you lied to them! The name o the attacker surprised me, as much as how the fire started. Grace is a perfect name for Grace.

The ending left me with my jaw dropped. I could not believe all the twists and turns. The author did such a great job in creating these characters that I hope there is a sequel!  I am giving this book a 5/5 wishing that I could rate it higher Not many books leave me feeling the way this one did. The author also did a great job of portraying some one who is Bi-Polar. I was given a copy to review from Orangeberry book tours, however all opinions are my own!
