I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for more then 2 hours at a time. However when I took the Sleep shop, I slept for a full 8 hours. It was nice to rest my body for that long! I also took the sport shot that was meant to help my muscles and bones. ! I really enjoyed them very much and there were no side effects. I also took the Energy shot, and I was able to do things around the house without being over tired. My hubby took the relax and unwind shot and he thinks that he was more relaxed than usual and had an easier time falling asleep. He took the Wellness shot, and he did not really feel a difference but he was was more relaxed. He then took the perform under pressure and was able to do projects around the house that normally he would procrastinate about! 
They all tasted like apple and none of them had any side effects. I would definitely recommend the Sleep and the Energy shots. They were the 2 favorites!
