My Prize::::
I was thinking about how I would love to go completely green. Don't get me wrong, we recycle every chance we get and we reuse whatever we can. But when I think about all the things we waste, I get so depressed. Then I startsinging songs from my niece and nephews Sesame Street Love the Earth DVD! (for those of you who have seen it, you know what I mean... Don't waste water! LOL)! Then I think about all the ways I can change and I get overwhelmed. So if you are like me and want to do little things, then this prize is for you! I will be giving away "Cooking with Herb The Vegetarian Dragon, A Cookbook for Kids" by Jules Bass. I picked this book because a lot of the recipes call for fresh veggies. Using fresh veggies and eating from your own backyard is a great way to be green. You save gas not going to the store, nor does your car mess up the environment. You know exactly what is on your food, and you are not contributing to the "big box stores" that are known for messing up the ozone! Next I will be giving away a 2013 16-month puppy Calendar made on recycled paper! finally I will be giving away a reusable collapsible small storage box bin!

  5. I love finding purpose's for things that would be thrown out, for example I tried eating these healthy choice steamer meals, and the bottom bowl they come in, fits perfect over a bowl in the microwave to keep it from splashing and then when done cooking you can set the bowl in the shallower bowl that just served as a cover to keep your fingers from getting burned.

  6. My favorite reuseable item is to save the lint from the dryer and then stuff it into paper towel or tp rolls and use as fire starters. They work great! terri.moore30@yahoo.com thanks for asking!
