Flip Flop Wines review
I was given the opportunity to taste Flip Flop wines when I went to the BlogHer conference in New York (at the Mom Select Swag Suite). I tried Moscato. I loved it. I also got a bottle to take home and test. I am not a drinker. I like to drink mudslides at the casino, and I like to do shots of Captain Morgan at very very special occasions. I could really get used to drinking this wine tho. Moscato is: light-bodied with floral aromas, fresh fruit medley on the palate and a soft lingering finish. It was really good.
I got a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon to try at home. I am waiting a month for my anniversary.
What I really like about this company is that they care about Charity. On their website http://www.flipflopwines.com/ they state that A portion of the proceeds from the sale for flipflop wines benefits soles4souls, the international shoe charity dedicated to providing footwear to those in need.
This is great to give as a housewarming gift, because not only are you giving a gift, you are helping a charity.
