Shaw's trip today

I did three orders:
This is what I got:

Order #1
8 Burt's Bees cuticle cream, on clearance for $1 each
10 Pop Tarts 12 ct
I had a $1/3 Pop Tarts Shaws Q; that the cashier and head cashier refused to take, because each of my items already had a Q. I asked for the manager and looked a the screen. my total was $73???????? I asked why the bill was so high, and she said that it was right. I said no way! 10 Pop Tarts at $2.50 is $25 ?? Something is wrong. She scrolled the screen up, and she charged me $49 for 7 of the Burt's Bees! What a deal I was getting them for! I couldn't believe it! I have never bought Burt's before.. :)
So by this time the manager was there, voided the $49, and nicely told the cashier that she as wrong about the Q policy :) This was my 1st of 3 orders, and already started trouble, so I figured that I would clear on this order and move on.
My total was $26 before Qs
Qs used: 4 $1/2 Burt's Bees... MAKING THEM $0.50 each :O ; 5 $1/2 Pop Tarts; 1 $1/3 Pop Tarts shaws Q; and $10
Total OOP $5.06 with tax
I am looking at my receipt now, and there is no charge for the other 7 Burts Bees????
Also there are 11 $1 Qs, when there should have been only 10
I have no Idea what happened, but they have that commodity law here in CT, and I am thinking thats why I got the Burt's Bees free, 7 Free at $1 each equals the $7 that I should have gotten free? I am confused, but thats my best guess?
I will also be sending in for a $10 rebate.. all in all, $4.94 MM!, and I got $10 back in a gift card, because the CATS didn't print, and the same manager was still standing there.

Qs used: $1.50 B1G1 free Pepsi cap; $0.75 IP wacky mac that was doubled... $0.25 MM; 4 $1/1 popcorn; 2 $1/2 Ketchup; $1/1 Bumblebee pouch from all you; 4 $1/1 frozen banquet chicken..making them free; $3/2 Tostitos salsa from Superbowl rebate (stole from sister lol)
The cashier never did the ad Q for B1G1 free salsa :(
I used $10 in CATS; 2 $2 survey Qs for OYNP; and paid $0.38 OOP with tax, and I got $10 bk in CATS
