This is what I got yesterday... I will be going back tonight with my sis n hubby....as soon as the kiddos go to bed. lol
Total OOP was ($9.50 + $3.78overcharged :( + $1.43) $14.71 and I have $31.50 in CATSMy sis got a 6 pack of soda, my nephew had 1, and the cashier charged me for the 6 pack, even though my sis paid too. $3.34 + $0.30 deposit...so my second order would have been $0.14... I am going to customer service 1st thing tonight, with my sis's receipt and mine....We'll see what happens!!!
This is the breakdown of what I got:
Order 1:
Quantity 10 Pillsbury refrigerated dough $2.50
used 4 $1 off 2 coupons
used 1 $0.75 off 2 coupon that they doubled...
total before coupons $25; total after coupons $19.50; total after I used a $10 CAT $9.50, and I got a $10 CAT back.
Order 2:
Quantity 1 Hunts Ketchup $2.39 on sale for $1
Quantity 9 HC soups $2.69 each on sale for $1
Total for CAT deal $26.60, on sale for $10; used $3 in blinkie soup coupons....total OOP $7 and got $10 back in CATS
Quantity 1 6 pack of coke $3.64...GRRRRR LOL
Quantity 2 BC cookie mix $2.79 each on sale for $1.67 each; used $1 coupon
Quantity 1 Chex Mix bar $3.79 on sale for $2.50; used a $0.60 coupon they doubled
Quantity 5 BC fruit snacks $2.99 on sale for $2; used $1.50 off 5 CAT and $1 off 2 coupon; plus I had 2 $0.75 off 2 coupons that I printed from Bettycrocker.com that they doubled..total for 5 $4.50, and I got a $3.50 CAT!
Quantity 2 Pillsbury ready 2 bake cookie dough $3.99 on sale for $2.50, and I used $1 coupon
Total before coupons $34.18; total after coupons $24.48, plus I used $22.50 in CATS, bringing my total OOP to $3.78, including my filler of Ice tea drink...lol that I didn't need, but I was thirsty...and I got $22.50 back in CATS
Order 3
same 1 hunts ketchup and 9 healthy choice deal, spend $7 and get $10 in CATS
Quantity 4 BC brownies $2 on sale; plus I had 4 $0.50 off 1 coupon that they doubled
Quantity 2 BC cookie Mixes $1.67 each, no coupon :( (added wrong, and grabbed them at register)
Quantity 1 BC frosting $1.67 and it had a $0.50 coupon on it that they doubled
Quantity 3 Chex Mix bars $2.50; and I had 3 $0.60 off 1 coupon that they doubled
Total before coupons $30.51; total after coupons $18.91...
I also got a bunch load of filler, lol My nephew wanted bananas!
Filler:
3 bananas $0.57
steaks $4.28 less $1 coupon on it...$3.28
Steak $3.42 less $1 coupon on it...$2.42
9 bagels, sell by 2day..so I froze them! $2.25
total after filler $27.43, used $26 in cats...total OOP $1.43, and I got $21.50 in CATS
Summary:
4 chex mix bars, 5 fruit roll ups, 18 HC soups, 4 BC brownies, 2 Hunts Ketchup, 3 bananas, 4 BC cookie mixes, 1 BC frosting, 9 bagels, 12 RTB cookies, 3 steaks, 1 ice tea... for ($14.71- $3.64 overcharge = $11.07) $11.07, plus I have $31.50 in CATS!!!
Do you have problems with the East Hartford Shaws? I really dislike that store! My friend and I will actually drive out of the way to go to other store, we always get the RUDEST cashiers there and we have spoken with the manager multiple times about it!
ReplyDeleteWe like to go to the Vernon store. If we go when the kiddos are sleeping only 1 person stays home to babysit!, and we can shop the 24 hour CVS!
ReplyDeleteYa we refuse to go to the East Hartford store anymore! Just yesterday we went we figured well we're only getting soup so it's nice and easy should have no problems, well my friend goes to pay her $0.75 with a $20 bill and the cashier was like are you REALLY going to pay with a $20 bill? She's like um yes that's all I have! lol. They are just ridiculous over there.
