I had about 20 Grapefruits and I didn't know what I was going to do with them...So I found a recipe online to make grapefruit marmalade. I figured I'd use up the fruit. Why not!
Well about 3 hours later, I got 2 1/2 jars of Marmalade... I only used 9 Grapefruits (did a double batch) and the jars are twice the size called for, so I really got 5 jars!
Now I just gotta find a recipe for Bananas....I have like 15 that will be over ripe by Sunday....
