My Review:

This is a classic love story of falling in love. Especially when the person you end up loving, already loves your kids. This story differs in a few ways. First, the kids are not your average well-behaved children. They speak what is on their mind, and it is often seen as inappropriate conversation. Next, they are Dominic's niece and nephew that he adopts. not his son and daughter. Finally, Torie is not your average heroine. She can not read and loves art. I really enjoyed the ending of the story in response to her art. I did not see it coming.  I did think that the book could have been a lot shorter. The end was drawn out. There was a lot of Torie and Dominic going back and forth, especially when I knew that they were going to end up together. I also would have liked more of a background of Dominic's family. They seemed to have big parts in the current situation but were never really expanded on. However, I love the ton, and how there were bans. I really also liked that Torie was not Dominic's first fiancée. I am giving this book a 3/5. I was given a copy, however all opinions are my own.
