This week isn't as good, but with coupons, and if you have any CATS left, it isn't that bad.
I won't know exacts, until I go shopping because of presale prices.

Hellmann's Mayonaise presale price $4.29 (was back in November) on sale for $3 + $1 off 2 coupon ($4.29 x 4= $17.16 towards $40; $3x4=$12-$2= $10 OOP)
Wishbone Dressing November presale price $3 on sale for $1.67 + $1 off 2 coupon ($3 x 4=$12 +$17.16 mayo=$29.16 towards $40; $1.67 x 4=$6.67-$2 =$4.47 OOP,,,so far $14.47 OOP
Knorr sides November presale price was $1.79 on sale for $1 + $1 off 3 coupon (3 x $1.79=$5.37+$29.16=$34.53 towards $40; $1 x 3=$3 -$1 coupon=$2 OOP,,so far $16.47 OOP
Skippy Peanut Butter (Don't know presale $) on sale for $1.67+ $1 off 2 ($1.67x4=$6.67 +$34.53= $41.20...so the $40 is reached....; $6.67 - $2 in coupons = $21.14 OOP, and if you use $15 in CATS from before (+$2.40 tax credit) total OOP will be $3.74...and you will get $15 back in CATS!!!!!!

Caress $4; $1 coupon off 1
Dove $6 soap or body wash; $1 coupon off 1

Depending on presale prices this could work out pretty good!
